This collection represents a deep dive into the archives, capturing raw and remastered, solo acoustic guitar and vocal live recordings. These songs were recorded in three sessions during the spring and summer of 1992 at John Katchur's My Bedroom Studio, in Escondido, California. The DAT masters were transferred to CD and the tracks were upcoded to 24-bit WAV and remastered for this 2026 definitive reissue. These songs originally comprised two cassette tapes, Unfinished Houses and Outside The Asylum, that Dave sold at shows in the 90s.
